Happy 4th! New Coffee Just in!
Hey friends! It's been a long time coming but we've finally got a fresh shipment in just in time for the 4th! We're really excited to offer some fresh new Central American coffees as well as restocking many of our current favorites. Without further ado, pick up some fresh beans and have a safe and happy Independence Day!
Costa Rica Cumbres del Poas Organic: By far this was our favorite Costa Rican coffee last year and we're incredibly excited to have it back! Mild, extremely balanced and bursting with slightly crisp, fruity sweetness, this coffee makes for a great summer iced drink! Look for notes of orange, mild cherry and peach.
Nicaragua San Juan del Rio Coco Organic: It's been a few years since we've had this coffee and we're pleased to get it back. Full bodied and creamy, it's a versatile blender as well as being dynamite as a single origin. It'll take a variety of roast levels and around medium you're sure to note lots of dark chocolate with a nutty, almond finish.
Honduras Royal Reserva Honey Organic: Finally a honey processed coffee! Honey processing is a middle ground between natural process and fully washed, resulting in what some consider to be the best of both worlds. Slightly twisty yet surprisingly balanced with a medium to full body. Look for big notes of ripe cherry, orange and cocoa.
El Salvador La Esperanza: Another refreshing, crisp coffee perfect for summer iced coffee! It's balanced and flavorful with notes of orange, caramel and lemon. Expect a medium body and silky texture, especially roasted right at Full City.
