Sumatra Aceh Buana Mandiri Organic: Sumatra is back and better than ever! From the Aceh region (commonly grouped into the Mandheling trade name) comes a wet-hulled extravaganza. It's got tons of rich, syrupy body coupled with a complex profile and a smokey, lingering finish. Expect notes of baker's chocolate, cedar and a touch of black pepper.
Ethiopia Sidamo Natural Organic: We're taking a detour from our usual Yirgacheffe rotation to bring in an often overlooked region of Ethiopia: Sidamo. It's got decidedly more body and creamier texture than it's Yirg brother with all the same funky twistiness of a Natural process! Look for notes of juicy strawberry and a hint of cocoa.
