Roasting: Start with a Full City (Medium), or just at the second crack. This coffee roasts very evenly. This is another coffee you'll want to experiment with across a range of roast profiles. The flavor changes--more crisp fruit and cocoa notes in light-medium roasts and the chocolate tones pick up and become increasingly darker chocolate as your roast progresses.
Recommendation: For a refreshing afternoon cup, perfect for a flavorful iced coffee.

What followed was a bright and balanced coffee with a smooth body and crisp, clean finish. We especially enjoyed the notes of lemon, orange and caramel, making this coffee ideal for a refreshing afternoon cup. It's perfect as an iced coffee on these hot summer days! It's light and refreshing, yet still so full of flavor.
