New Arrivals
Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Bedhatu Jibicho: Here it is, our Crown Jewel! If you shop with us regularly, you know we have a soft spot for Ethiopian Naturals, so we've cupped A LOT of them. This one could very easily be the best I've ever had. Just. Wow. Jammy, juicy, twisty, silky...everything you could want out of a great Ethiopian Natural coffee! Expect big bursts of blackberry and blueberry with hints of jasmine and melon.
Nicaragua Finca El Pastoral Washed and Natural Organic: We've got a rare pairing for you here! This estate processed their coffees in the typical fully washed method as well as natural. Try both and see what a huge difference processing makes! The washed version is full bodied and buttery with notes of dark chocolate, maple syrup, pear and apple. The natural is silky and complex with notes of strawberry, pineapple and milk chocolate.
Papua New Guinea Roots No.1 Organic: This distinctive coffee comes to us from the highlands of Papua New Guinea via the Roots No.1 collective. It's semi-washed which moderates the acidity and adds complexity and a syrupy body. Spicy and sweet, it's got bold notes of red wine, berries, milk chocolate and a woody finish.
Guatemala San Jose La Laguna Organic: This coffee is sourced entirely from Finca San Jose La Laguna in the Frijanes region. Certified organic and bird friendly, it's rich, creamy and just a tad complex. Look for notes of baker's chocolate, raisin, macadamia and cinnamon.
Last but not least, we've updated and improved our roaster parts in stock! We've got a full line of replacement parts for the Fresh Roast SR540 and SR800 including new extension tubes! Extension tubes allow for greater air movement and better heat transfer and can make all the difference when it comes to evening out your roasts or extending development time. Look for a video review on these nifty tubes soon!
