Yet another new arrival this week! Fresh crops appear to be hitting the states at a steady rate over the next couple months, so check with us often if you've been waiting for a certain origin. This week we're featuring a new arrival from Rwanda.
Rwanda Misozi Kopakaki A: This coffee is definitely a mouthfull! It's the result of two coops, the Kopakaki and Misozi coops, working closely together to bring their best coffee to market. The result is a balanced, sweet and easy-going coffee with tons of flavor. We noted tangerine, rhubarb and a touch of lime with a moderately crisp front end and slightly dry finish.
