3 New Arrivals

Howdy, friends! We hope everyone is having a great 2019 so far! We'll keep it short and sweet today, we've got three new arrivals including a brand spanking new Kenya AA:

Kenya AA Nzaini Co-op: MMM-mmm it's been a minute since we had a Kenya AA around and are we excited about this one! More on the gentle side with less in-your-face winey-ness, it's exceptionally balanced and silky. Look for a bright front end with subtle sweetness and a dry finish. Notes of peach, grapefruit, hibiscus and raspberry.

Sulawesi Rantakarua Organic

Sulawesi Rantekarua Estate Organic: A fan favorite from last year, this year's crop is just as dynamite. Rich and syrupy with characteristically low acidity. It's great for dark roasting as the high altitude growth makes for a very dense and hardy bean. Look for notes of butterscotch, molasses and cocoa powder with a pinch of cedar.

Brazil Nossa Senhora de Fatima Organic

Brazil Nossa Senhora de Fatima Organic: This coffee is a rarity in a sea of mediocre Brazilian offerings. Smooth and buttery with a pleasant walnutty finish, it's also got fairly low acidity! Expect notes of brown sugar, cherry and caramel. Keep in mind, this is a lower altitude coffee than others so go low and slow with the roasting!
