New Central American Coffees!

Our new coffee day schedule keeps getting thrown off this Spring, but trust us, it's worth the wait! This shipment includes a new Guatemala Huehuetenango, Organic Honduras and a restock.

Guatemala Huehuetenango Tres Marias: Ok, we don't have a picture for this mid-season beauty, but it's awesome. As a mid-season harvest, we like to describe it as a classic Huehuetenango with the "rough edges rounded off". You know, refined. Slight complexity, big, rich body and creamy texture with tasty notes of milk chocolate, honey, orange and mild lemon.

Honduras San Vicente Cielito Lindo Organic: Sure that's a long name for an amazing coffee, but it's worth it. More complex than we've had from recent Honduran coffees makes for a refreshing departure from the norm. A crisp front end is followed by a full bodied, creamy texture and concluded with a warm, woody finish. Look for notes of dark chocolate, green apple and mild lemon.

We've also rotated our Roasted Selections to include new coffees and crops! You'll notice we're roasting Organic Java and Organic Costa Rica Alianza again!
