Mexico Chiapas San Fernando Mountain Water Decaf
This swiss water processed organic decaf is sweet and creamy with a bright front end and slightly nutty finish. With a medium body full of cocoa and graham cracker notes, this coffee is easy drinking and sure to be a crowd pleaser.

Processing: Fully Washed and then decaffeinated using Water Process
Roasting: Start with a Full City (Medium), or just a few snaps into the second crack. If you can't hear the cracks, then roast until the beans are smooth and medium dark brown with just the first hint of sheen as the oil emerges. For best results, use slightly lower temperatures than normal as decaffeinated beans are easily over-roasted. This coffee roasts very evenly.

The front end is mildly acidic with a subtle lemon bent followed by a very sweet, balanced profile with notes of caramel, cherry and cocoa. We noted a full body, creamy texture and a clean finish.
