The classic Hario V60 is a standard in the gourmet coffee community. These ceramic drippers are made from Arita-yaki, a traditional style of ceramics with a 400 year history. Each dripper is handmade by a local craftsperson and, coupled with its functional beauty, create a stunning contrast between the traditional and the modern. The V60 differs from other pour over brewers in that it has one large hole at the bottom rather than a series of small holes. This allows you to have complete control over the brew since you control how much water is going through the grounds and how quickly they stay in contact with the coffee. Learning to brew with the V60 is an art form!
