Roasting: We like these three coffees in the City to Full City range (light to medium). For the best comparison, try to roast both as closely to the same level as possible and remember that lighter (City) roasts showcase unique origin characteristics the best.

Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Gedeb Wuri Grade Zero Washed: This coffee is an experimental microlot that's the result of a collaborative effort between producers, exporters and importers to make an entirely defect free coffee. grade than one and has zero defects, thus, grade zero. The result is a clean cup that roasts like a dream. Notes of sparkling lemonade, juicy peach, hops and rose.
Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Gedeb Wuri Grade Zero Natural: This coffee is an experimental microlot that's the result of a collaborative effort between producers, exporters and importers to make an entirely defect free coffee. It's a higher grade than one and has zero defects, thus, grade zero. The result is a clean cup that roasts like a dream. Notes of Blackberry, nectarine, mango, vanilla and lime.
Ethiopia Guji Allona Natural Organic: This delightful single estate offering comes to us from the famous Guji zone of Oromia. This coffee is one of the most accessible naturals we've had in a long time. It's juicy, sweet and flavorful while not being as intense as a Yirgacheffe. Look for notes of peach, pear, honeysuckle and lemonade.
